According to Jessica Biel “The best way to lose weight is to blend nutrition, exercise, and physical therapy. Working out at a gym for more than an hour is a waste of time. It’s all about intensity, not how long you spend in the gym”.

9. Lateral Lunges ( 10 reps each leg) 
10. Step Ups onto bench ( 10 reps each leg) 
11. 10 reps each leg ( 15 reps) 
Repeat previous 3 exercises 3 more times


DAY 2

1. Walking Lunges
2. Jog ( 1/2 mile) 
3. Sprints
4. Stair Jumps (20 mins)


DAY 3

1. Cardio Warm Up ( Light Cardio on the treadmill, elliptical, or running/jogging)
2. Walking Lunges ( 25 reps) 
3. Jump Squats ( 30 secs) 
4. Twisting Dumbbell Press ( 10-12 reps)
5. Seated Russian Twists (15 reps)
Repeat previous 3 exercises 3 more times

6. Pushups with Burpees (15 reps)
7. Medicine Ball Lunge with a Twist (10 reps each leg)
8. Planks ( 30 secs) 
Repeat previous 3 exercises 3 more times

9. Dumbbell Squats (15 reps)
10. Dumbbell Rows (10 reps each arm)
11. Hanging Leg Raises (20 reps)
Repeat previous 3 exercises 3 more times


DAY 4

1. Morning Run with her dogs


DAY 6

1. Cardio Warm Up ( Cardio on the treadmill, elliptical, or running/jogging) 
2. Walking Lunges (15-20 reps per leg)
3. Jump Squats ( 30 secs) 
4. Pushups (20 reps) 
5. Side Planks (30 secs hold)
Repeat previous 3 exercises 3 more times

6. Squat To Press (15 reps)
7. Pullups (10 reps)
8. Bent-over Rows (15 reps)
Repeat previous 3 exercises 3 more times

9. Lateral Lunges (10 reps each leg)

DAY 7 ( Rest) 



YOGA


Yoga is good for physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. She indulges into yoga atleast 2 times a week.
According to Jessica Biel ” Yoga is a constant for me because it keeps my muscles long and flexible”.
Jessica then does yoga in the afternoon:
