I love food as much as I love movies”. Kareena Kapoor followed a proper and balanced  diet plan along with her workouts. Kareena’s nutritious diet consists of soups, vegetables, salad, fruits, yogurts and food rich in protein and vitamins. Her diet also includes lots of green salad and drinks around 8-9 glasses of water throughout the day.
